I got my 16 miler in on the treadmill today. That's 2.5 episodes of Desperate Housewives. So, I have only one long run of 20 miles left - next week. I do have an 11 and a couple 10 milers left, but funny, how over time, those don't actually seem like Long Runs anymore.
This week (week 4 before race):
Monday: 11 miles with 60 minutes of tempo speed (9:05/6.6mph) - Done
Tuesday: 12 miles Easy at 6.0 mph - Done
Thursday: 16 Easy at 6.0 mph - Done
Total: 50 Miles
