3 weeks left

I finished off the week with a 16 mile run today and 49.3 miles for the week. Either my Heart Rate monitor is broke or I'm in way better shape than I thought. My run stats from today....

I have no idea what this means, except that maybe that 4:00 is definitely within striking range in 3 weeks.

This week I have a 20-21 miler on Friday or Saturday and I guess about 45-48 total miles. Then I get a 2 week break before race day.
