Tomorrow starts week 1 of my Philly training. I inadvertently did a cut-back week last week with a 6.6,4.0, 5.1 and 8.5 for somewhere around 25 miles. I procrastinated the LR until Friday, then Friday turned into Saturday wherein I ate a bunch of beer and donuts and Saturday turned into Sunday, so I ended up doing 8.5 today.
Philadelphia is Nov 22, so my 10 week plan starts tomorrow.
