Wrapping up Philly week 1, My 36 miles are in the books, but in much different order than I had planned. 8 off 8 off 5 Friday 12 Saturday, 3 Sunday.

Week 2 has 39 miles:
Mon: 8 w/ 2 x 1 mile at 8:20 w/ 800 m cool down inbetween (which I think I will pass on since this is my 4th day in a row running) Tues: 9 miles at 10:25 pace OFF DAY
Wed: Off
Thurs: 14 miles at 10:25 pace
Fri: 3 miles at 10:25 pace
Sat: 5 miles at 10:25 pace
Sun: Off
